    Diploma Course on Peaceful Settlement of International Disputes & International Court of Justice and International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea which will be undertaken by Prof (Dr) Bimal N. Patel, Director & Professor of Public International Law, Gujarat National Law University; Member, Law Commission of India; Member, National Security Advisory Board​.

    The said course is being offered keeping in mind the increasing avenues in International litigation and arbitration, dispute settlement, foreign policy and International Law.

    Eligibility: Student from any batch of UG or PG may apply. Selection will be based on personal interview.

    Course credit, duration and timings: 4 credits; Eight months from August 2017 to May 2018 during academic session; four lectures, per week, each of 45 minutes normally after 1500 hours

    Methodology: Lectures (including video lectures), workshop, seminar, case-law analysis, mediation exercise and documentary.

    Evaluation: Written examination and research paper at the end of the course. The quality research papers will be selected for publication.
