'Sankalp', the Delhi based NGO which had represented the medical student community in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Examination (NEET) case will file a review petition soon before the Supreme Court.

‘Sankalp’ will be represented by Advocate Prasanth Bhushan.

Addressing media persons, Dr (Major) Gulshan K Garg (Retd), President of 'Sankalp', has said that to safeguard the interest of student community and to ensure transparency and fairness in admissions in medical institutions, 'Sankalp' has prepared a review petition which will soon be filed in the Supreme Court.

'With all humility and honour for the Apex Court we would put forth our plea in the interest of larger section of the society and students who are struggling hard to maintain merit and to arrange huge sums for the costly education. Besides, Government of India is also seeking legal options to support the stand of MCI,” Dr. Garg has said.
