Assistant District Attorney Vacancy at Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission

Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission has invited applications from the eligible candidates for the post of Assistant District Attorney.

No of Post: 27 posts (18 + 09 backlog posts)

Age Limit:   35 years and below.

Pay Scale: Rs 10300-34800/- + Rs4400/- (Grade Pay) (Fixed Contractual amount: Rs25000/- per month).

Essential Qualification(s)

1. Professional degree in Law from a recognized University or its equivalent; and


2. At least two years experience as an advocate. The candidate is required to produce experience certificate duly signed by the President, District Bar Association concerned/ Bar Council.

Desirable Qualification: Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.
