    The Organizing Committee of the 2nd IJLMS Justice H.R. Khanna Memorial Essay Competition (June 2017) is pleased to declare the final results of the competition.

    The Final Round has been adjudged by the Panel consisting of:



    1. Judge Kristi Harrington, Circuit Judge, South Carolina Judicial Department

    2. Dr. Rupal Rautdesai, Associate Professor, Symbiosis Law School, Pune

    3. Adv. Kabir Dixit, Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India


    Winner: Jigyasa Sharma, Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab

    Runner-Up: Ankit Singh, Anisha Singh, Chanakya National Law University, Patna

    Notice for all participants:

    All participants may take note that the Winning Essay will now be shown on the website. The winning essay shall be published in International Journal of Law & Management Studies with a complete waiver of all Article Processing Charges or Open-Access Convenience Fee. The journal may decide to release a special edition for the competition. The Certificates of Participation and Certificate of Qualification (both e-Certificates) shall be dispatched before July 25, 2017. The Winning Certificate and reward and the Runner-Up Certificate and reward shall be mailed to the participants before August 12, 2017.

    Publication Opportunity:

    All participants are invited to submit their final essays for publication in International Journal of Law & Management Studies. The Editorial Board may decide to release a special edition for the competition if adequate entries are received. In the eventuality that a special edition is not released, the journal shall publish the essays in the next edition/issue. While the winning entries may be published without any fee to the author, a nominal fee may be charged from the other entries for publication. All entries must be in the form of Final Essays sent as an attachment to info@ijlms.in on or before July 15, 2017. We thank all participants for their exemplary contributions towards the success of the competition.
