Essential Qualification and Experience

• A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University / Institution recognized by Govt. of India / UGC/AICTE and Post-Graduate Degree in Law/ Management or CA/CS/ICWA and Certification from the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) by passing the NISM Series- IX: Merchant Banking Certification Examination ('MBCE’) (to be renewed every three years).

• Minimum three (3) years of work experience in Treasury/ Debt Portfolio Management/Merchant Banking, out of which at least two (2) years of experience in the Debt Capital Market (DCM) Desk. The following shall be considered as relevant experience for Merchant Banking: a) Working with a registered Merchant Banker. b) Advisors to an Issue as part of a CA firm.
