Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India recently advised DAM Capital Advisors Limited, JM Financial Limited and PL Capital Markets Private Limited in connection with qualified institutions placement of 3,56,66,675 equity shares aggregating up to INR 92,020.02 lakhs of Valor Estate Limited (formerly known as “D B Realty Limited”). The equity shares were allotted to eligible qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of INR 258 per share (including a premium of INR 248 per share). The equity shares are listed on National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
