    This series of webinars focusses on giving an overview of corporate law practice. The practice of corporate law is vast and this series will enable the attendees to understand the following:

    3. Types of matters/ transactions handled by corporate law professionals,
    4. Brief overview of the Regulatory framework which corporate law professionals need to be aware of, and
