The Centre for Corporate Law Studies, Institute of Law, Nirma University is hosting the 1st International Conference on Corporate Law and Finance 2023 that aims to foster collaborative opportunities and knowledge exchange among esteemed research centers in the field of corporate law. The conference is envisioned as a platform for scholars, researchers, and practitioners to engage in insightful discussions, share best practices, and explore emerging trends in corporate law.
The 1st International Conference on Corporate Law and Finance 2023 is being hosted from 3rd-5th November 2023.
The conference is an initiative of the Centre for corporate law studies to promote research activities in the field of corporate law. The conference aims to disseminate knowledge and exchange ideas on contemporary issues and innovative practices in the corporate field. The event will feature a total of 21 panelists i.e., practicing corporate lawyers, academicians, and industry experts. The event will have esteemed speakers, insightful panel discussions, and a lot of networking opportunities.
KEY OBJECTIVE: The conference seeks to provide a platform for insightful discussions, insightful debates, and networking opportunities for participants. Through this conference, we strive to shape the future of business by promoting knowledge sharing, academic excellence, and international cooperation.

Submission Guidelines:
CCLS invites domestic and international law students to submit papers for presentations, allowing co-authorship for up to two individuals. Manuscripts must be in English, submitted by the specified deadline, and follow MS Word format. The Selection Committee's decisions on paper acceptance are final, and CCLS retains the right to disqualify participants or withhold awards. In disputes, the Organizing Committee's decisions prevail. Paper Abstracts are submitted exclusively in electronic form to the email address: iccf.il@nirmauni.ac.in. Details are attached in the document below. The selected research papers will get publication and internship opportunities along with cash prizes upto 30,000 rupees.
