The GNLU Centre for Corporate and Insolvency Law in collaboration with Argus Partners, is organizing an 'Expert Lecture Series on Mergers & Acquisitions'.

Ms. Adity Chaudhury is a Partner at Argus Partners working in the arena of Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Corporate Restructuring, Insolvency & Competition Law. A graduate from National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, she began her career with the law firm Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co. Her clientele includes large corporate houses, multinationals, financial institutions and funds. Apart from advising on corporate governance and general corporate and disclosure matters, Adity has advised on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, asset sale and purchase, joint ventures, group restructuring, public and private takeovers, merger control as well as on private equity deals.
