4th SCL India's International Conference On Construction Law And Arbitration: Reshaping Construction Dispute Resolution [December 8- 10]

After witnessing great successes in the previous iterations of the Society of Construction Law India's biennial conference, the organising committee is resolute and excited on making the conference even bigger and better. The Society of Construction Law (SCL-India), which is the India Branch of the Society of Construction Law, UK, is a leading international body pioneering in education, study and research in construction law and construction arbitration for public benefit.
This 4th edition of SCL India's Biennial International Conference aims to bring who's who from the field of Construction Law and Construction Arbitration along with key stakeholders and luminaries from related disciplines across the globe to reshape the construction dispute resolution ecosystem. The 2023 edition aims to host over 400 delegates and over 60 eminent speakers of international recognition, from various parts of the world.
Notably, three sitting foreign judges namely Mr. Alexander Nissen KC, Judge, High Court (TCC-U.K.), Mr. Justice Philip Jeyaretnam, President, Singapore International Commercial Court and Mr. Doug Jones, International Judge, Singapore International Commercial Court and 25+ other distinguished foreign speakers would be speaking during the three-day international conference.
The Chairman of SCL-India and Senior Advocate, Mr. Ratan K. Singh is delighted to welcome all delegates and speakers to the conference in the historical city of Delhi.
