Delhi High Court Bar Association Opens Placement Cell To Help Young Lawyers

The Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHCBA) has launched its placement cell to help young lawyers find a place in established litigation chambers.

DHCBA has also started a LinkedIn page by the name of “Delhi High Court Bar Association Placement Cell”.  “Through this page, DHCBA hopes to act as a facilitator between young aspiring lawyers and established litigating chambers," it said in a brief overview of the page,

The young lawyers who are intending to join a litigating chamber can send a mail on recruitment.dhcbar@gmail.com.

On the other hand, any litigating chamber or law firm or MNC looking for young lawyers to join their team can email on placement.celldhcbar@gmail.com.

The DHCBA has also published a notice providing the format to be followed for announcing the vacancy through the placement cell. 

The details to be emailed by the recruiters include the name of office, number of openings, area of practice, office location, experience requirement, name and contact of the person and email.

“…members who are seeking placement may kindly send us e-mail on placement.celldhcba@gmail.com,” the notice states.

It adds that DHCBA will act as intermediary between the recruiter and applicant.
