    informative.

  • Shantanu Kumar Das says:

How can I seek justice against the prevention to render my job by an organised people with in the domain of same department. The officer at the positions of supremacy planed and engaged an antisocial fellow to force other employees to prevent me from rendering my job.
The officer also made an order to work in place of me .The orders he made is completely illegal and does not comply with the rules and acts . The power and function of the officer is superseded that of Directors of the department.
Again ,he made n bogus, baseless allegation against me and pressurized the teachers to sign the complaint . They he forwarded it to higher authority asking to transfer me from this block. The officer immediately senior to my rank and file ,he did not asked me any show cause to explain my side. He did not issued me any letter that I am it under suspension or any causes of violation of the rules and regulation of public service.
He with his close allied of teachers have been playing foul game against me. They asked the teachers to boycott me and force me to turn out from the schools. He also many deliberate mutterings against me in the meetings of orientation programme of SSA,Assam which causes huge defamation to me.
Again ,he has not providing me my working certificates so that the DDO,of my parent school can make ready the bill of salary .As a result ,he has stopped my salary. By doing this , he forced me to starve along with my family . Also,he persuade the head master not to draw my salary. Though the head master have drawback salary up to July ,2015 without getting the working certificates thinking that the block elementary education officer certainly issued the certificates, There is loose administration and some times does not work well in time. The working certificate is issued irregularly and always issued late.
The issue arises due to my protest against the trade of uniforms of pupils offered under the frame work of SSA,Assam and As per the RTE /2009. Beside this every scheduled programme of SSA, is either waived off or delayed intentionally to hold at the second half of March in haste. The aim and objectives of programmes are crushed under his mal practice and grafting of funds.

He encourages a parallel unit to attain his hidden agenda of grafting of funds.Organised unit consisting of 20/30 school teachers work against the rules and laws. They meet once or twice a month , in a designated school as centre school to submit their kachcha bill of salary , And submit mid day meal accounts of amonth along with the bribe of each school to the centre Secretary. The centre Secretary then pays the collection of mid day meal account. Also ,he keeps his share . Where as a few days ago the govt made an order to prepare the bill of salary is deliberately violated. An order was served much before to relieve the teachers from the task of maintaining mid.day meal. The teacher was pressured the govt to do the same. The order to form mother groups in each school is not formed. The order of the director to form the same is kept
unheard. The BEEO ,instead asked the centre secretaries to write to the District Mission Cordinator
