Sr. Adv. Hegde asks the bench to tell the Solicitor General to take action and instructions regarding bringing the 250 people who were tested positive back as well.

Justice Chandrachud asks the Solicitor General Tushar Mehta about the same.

SG : "Those 250 people are being provided best facilities there"

Hegde: Some who had tested positive are still stranded there and are at the mercy of Iran. "They should also be brought to India and quarantined here" he adds.
