National Thermal Power Limited (NTPC) has invited applications from the eligible candidates for the post of Law Officers

Pay Scale: Rs. 20600-46500
Upper Age Limit: 30 years
Essential Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent — full time degree from recognized Indian university/institute) with minimum 60% marks (55% for SCIPWD candidates). Candidates with 5 year integrated law degree shall be given due preference. Candidates should be registered with the Bar Council.
Experience: Candidates must have a minimum 2 years of full time work experience in the field of law in India such as practicing at Bar/working with Law firms I handling legal work under employment with private/public organization or with Central/State Government. Internship during continuation of LLB programme will not be considered as experience.
How to Apply
The candidates, who have applied online for CLAT-2016 Post Graduate Programme will receive their CLAT-2016 Registration Number printed on their admit card/hall ticket. On receipt of CLAT registration number, the candidates need to apply on-line in NTPC for the post of Law Officers - 2016 on the website www.ntpccareers.net from 19.04.2016 to 09.05.2016. No other mode of application shall be accepted.
