Supreme Court to shortly hear a PIL seeking declaration that #ConstitutionalFunctionaries who resign from their post to avoid being removed shall not be entitled to any perks or facilities

The petitioner prays for a declaration that any provision which entitles such a person to perks is violative of #Article14 of Constitution

He further seeks a direction to the respondent-authorities not to grant any perks or amenities to those Constitutional Functionaries who have resigned after process of removal commenced or to avoid such commencement
