SupremeCourt to consider whether Tehelka Magazine's former editor-in-chief, Tarun Tejpal, can be granted bail for Diwali vacations.

Tejpal was convicted by the Bombay High Court and sentenced to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment in the 2013 rape case.
