Bhushan: Apart from 47 lakh people deleted in draft roll, they say they have given notices to 33 lakh more people on 2 grounds - logical discrepancies and 'unmapped'...they have not disclosed on website the names of the people to whom notices are being issued. Some get notices...some do not. Notices don't mention reason why people have been asked to come. They have not disclosed the reason for flagging somebody as 'LD'
