Sr Adv Mukul Rohatgi mentions before #SupremeCourt plea filed by Khairatabad MLA Danam Nagender against his disqualification under 10th Schedule from the Telangana Legislative Assembly

HC had held that the MLA had incurred disqualification after contesting the 2024 Lok Sabha elections as a Congress candidate while continuing as a BRS MLA.

CJI says case will be listed on Wednesday.
