Supreme Court hears a plea regarding lack of facilities in court filed by Rajasthan District Judge Dinesh Gupta who is four days away from retirement.

Bench: CJI Surya Kant, Justice Joymalya Bagchi and Justice V Mohana.

Senior Advocate Vikas Singh: he is the senior most judge district judge of the state and now he is only 4 days before retirement. No stenographer no office. He is writing judgement still 2 o'clock at night.

CJI: Advise him that just recently new Chief Justice has come. Let him give a representation.
