Supreme Court hears plea concerning severe air pollution in Delhi and seeking restriction to fire crackers.

Bench: We are neither going to agree for total ban nor are we going to allow them to do it for 24 hours. Total ban will hurt some sentiments. Allowing them throughout the day will have a huge impact on every living being including the old people, sick people and children.

Bench: We need to find the solution with which we can give specific time and we can say what are the crackers to be used.
