Calcutta High Court Legal Services Committee is organizing a National Lok Adalat on Saturday, 8th April, 2017 at 10:30 am, in the High Court premises.
Applications from parties jointly, or by their Advocates, are to be submitted by 31st March, 2017, in the Centenary Building. The Applications would be considered for the Lok Adalat, keeping in view the time taken to requisition case records from the respective departments, as well as for finalization of the Benches and their respective cause lists.
Further, subject to receipt of records of requisitioned cases from the departments, the final cause list for the Lok Adalat, as per the Notice, would be published in the daily cause list of the High Court, and would also be posted on the Court’s website, on or before 7th April, 2017.
