The Delhi High Court Acting Chief Justice has issued instructions to all subordinate judicial officers against pulling down or deleting orders/judgments once uploaded on the website of Delhi District Courts.

Sources in the court said any order or judgment once uploaded on the website cannot be pulled down or deleted now without a judicial order being passed by the judicial officer acknowledging the mistake and directing it to be rectified.

Also, the District & Sessions Judge would now authorize the correction to be carried out in the uploaded judgment in his supervision and uploading the correct judgment.
