The district courts will be working on October 14. Cases fixed for September 9 earlier will now be taken up on Saturdays now declared as working days.

The Delhi High Court has modified its previous notification by which it had decided to work on the second Saturday falling on September 9, in lieu of the Janmashtami holiday on August 14.

Vide a notification dated August 23, it has now decided to remain closed on September 9, since the same date is fixed for National Lok Adalat.

The district courts will also remain closed.

In lieu of September 9, the Saturday falling on November 25 will be court working day for the high court.

The district courts will be working on October 14.

Cases fixed for September 9 earlier will now be taken up on Saturdays now declared as working days.

However, the cases wherein orders/ judgments are reserved or fixed for September 9 will be taken up on September 11 in the high court as well as the district courts.
