Sama is organizing the "Resolutionary of the Year" event, a highlight of the 7th Edition of Indian Mediation Week. This event is dedicated to honoring India's leading Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) professionals, including distinguished Medtors, Arbitrators, Case Managers, and Student Ambassadors.
Sama is on a mission to revolutionize dispute resolution in India through collaboration and efficiency. Adhering to the motto "Suljhao, Magar Pyaar Se," Sama offers comprehensive Online Dispute Resolution services, including online arbitration and mediation, and facilitate Online Lok Adalats across various Indian states. The efforts have garnered significant momentum, working with over 50 enterprise and government clients nationwide. To date, Sama has efficiently handled more than 2 crore cases, successfully settling over 35 lakh disputes.
"Resolutionary of the Year":
Originating in 2017 at the National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata, the Indian Mediation Week (IMW) campaign by Sama has been a torchbearer in promoting mediation as an amicable and effective dispute resolution method. The "Resolutionary of the Year" is the grand finale of IMW, to celebrate and recognize the extraordinary contributions of India's top ODR professionals.
This initiative has received accolades and support from various prestigious organizations, including the Ministry of Law & Justice, Government of India, and notable figures like Retd. SC Justice Madan Lokur, Atal Innovation Mission, and NITI Aayog. Over the years, IMW has been graced by the presence of eminent personalities, including Jagdeep Dhankhar, Vice President of India, Justice Biswanath Somadder, and Cyril Shroff, Managing Partner of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, among others. In 2021, Kiren Rijiju, Law Minister of India, expressed his endorsement for IMW through an official video, available here.
