The Maadhyam International Council for Conflict Resolution, in association with JAMS and the Weinstein International Foundation (USA), will organise the International ADR Conference 2026 from August 7 to 9 in New Delhi. The conference will be held under the theme "ADR Pathways to Legal Harmony."

The inaugural session on August 7 will take place at the 'S' Block Auditorium of the Delhi High Court and will be addressed by Chief Justice of India Justice Surya Kant. Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya and Solicitor General of India Tushar Mehta are also scheduled to participate in the inaugural programme.

The remaining sessions will be held at the India Habitat Centre on August 8 and 9. The conference will feature addresses by Supreme Court judges Justice Vikram Nath, Justice Arun Palli and Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva. Former Supreme Court judges Justice A.K. Sikri, now a Judge of the Singapore International Commercial Court, and Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul, now a Judge of the Bahrain International Commercial Court, will also participate.

From the Delhi High Court, Justice Manmohan, Justice Pratibha M. Singh, Justice Neena Bansal Krishna and Justice Anup Jairam Bhambhani are among the scheduled speakers. The conference will also bring together jurists, arbitrators and mediators from Singapore, the United States, Brazil, Israel, Egypt and Bahrain, including Judge Daniel Weinstein, Founder of JAMS.

According to the organisers, the conference will deliberate on contemporary developments in arbitration and mediation, including the Singapore Convention, third-party funding, the future of mediation in India, cross-border dispute resolution and the use of artificial intelligence in ADR.

Registrations for the conference are open. Delegates registering on or before July 20, 2026, will be eligible for the early-bird discount. The last date for registration is July 31, 2026.
