Justice Abhay S. Oka Delivering 16th V.M. Tarkunde Memorial Lecture Today On 'Our Constitution And The Fundamental Duty To Develop A Scientific Temper'
The Sixteenth V.M. Tarkunde Memorial Lecture is being held today at the India International Centre, New Delhi, organised by the Tarkunde Memorial Foundation. Mr. Justice Abhay Shreeniwas Oka, former Judge of the Supreme Court of India, is delivering the lecture on the theme “Our Constitution and the Fundamental Duty to Develop a Scientific Temper.”
The event is taking place at the Multi-Purpose Hall, IIC, and has drawn members of the legal fraternity, academics, students, and civil society participants. The annual memorial lecture honours the legacy of Justice V.M. Tarkunde, renowned for his contributions to civil liberties, constitutionalism, and public interest lawyering in India.
