Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority Hosts Three-Day National Conference On Cyber Safety And Digital Justice
Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority (“RSLSA”) organized a three day National level conference on “Cyber Safety: Awareness, Protection and Inclusive Access to Justice” from 20th to 22nd February, 2026, at the Rajasthan International Centre, Jaipur, that centered around cyber safety and digital justice.
As communicated by RSLSA, the concept of the conference was visualized under the leadership of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma, Acting Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court and Executive Chairman, RSLSA, and the conference was implemented under the supervision of Shri Hariom Attri, Member Secretary, RSLSA.
Hon'ble Mr. Justice Surya Kant, Chief Justice of India, attended the inaugural session of the conference as the Chief Guest, and Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan, attended as the Special Guest of Honour.
In his address, Hon'ble Mr. Justice Surya Kant, Chief Justice of India, observed that cyber safety is not merely a technological concern but a constitutional imperative intertwined with privacy, dignity, and access to justice. He emphasized the need for judicial preparedness in dealing with electronic evidence, cyber investigations, and evolving digital challenges.
The conference was conceptualized as a platform for comprehensive collaborative framework that brought together every vital stakeholder connected with cyber governance and justice delivery, including, Legislature, Executive, Judiciary, Police Administration, Forensic Science, Academia, and the Legal Fraternity.

During the programme, prizes were distributed to children who emerged as winners in UDAAN 2.0, an RSLSA initiative of Sports competition and activities for specially abled children.
Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, Hon'ble Minister of State, Ministry of Law & Justice, Government of India, attended the valedictory session of the conference as Guest of Honour.
He described the conference as a path-breaking milestone, acknowledging that this was the first initiative of its kind by any High Court and State Legal Services Authority in the country.
