Adalat AI is looking to hire Project Managers across multiple locations in India.

Total Vacancies: Seven (7) – One Project Manager for each state listed above.

Essential Qualification and Experience

Educational Qualification

  • LLB (mandatory); LLM preferred

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a lawyer, judicial clerk, or legal professional

  • Prior experience working with High Courts or District Courts preferred

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong familiarity with court procedures, judicial workflows, and government engagement

  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships with the judiciary

  • Experience with operational coordination and project management

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the state

Language RequirementsCandidates must be fluent in the respective state language of the location.

Job Description

We are hiring lawyers to work with us full-time as Project Managers to lead and manage judicial technology deployments at the state level.

In this role, you will serve as the primary on-ground lead for Adalat AI's implementation within your assigned state.

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the High Court team designated for Adalat AI implementation, coordinate with District Courts across the state, and travel extensively to monitor and support deployment efforts.

You will play a critical role in ensuring that our technology is integrated into courtroom workflows and that judges and court staff are able to use these tools effectively.

This is a high-visibility role, involving direct engagement with the High Court, District Judges, court administrators, and government officials.

You will act as Adalat AI's representative on ground, build relationships with key stakeholders, facilitate trainings, and ensure smooth operational rollout across courts.

Remuneration: Remuneration will be competitive, as per industry standards, and commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience.
