Essential Qualifications and Experience

Additional Legal Counsel

  • The applicant must possess a bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university and must have Bar Counsel enrolment with experience in dealing and handling of cases in Government Offices under various Rules, Acts and Regulations.
  • Applicants having knowledge on Cantonment Laws and Rules/ Dealing with Defence land cases within Cantonment area would be given preference.

Legal Assistant

  • Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university and must have Bar Counsel enrolment with at least 05 years' experience of working independently and handling cases of government organizations.
