Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct risk and compliance checks in alignment with KPMG's internal policies.
- Perform due diligence on entities to identify potential risks.
- Draft and review legal documents including: (a) DPA (Data Processing Agreement), (b) LOE MSA (Letter of Engagement for Managed Services Agreement), (c) SOW (Statement of Work), and (d) NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for necessary approvals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely updates.
- Support legal and compliance audits as required.
