Essential Qualification and Experience
- LL.B. (Either five years integrated course or three years course) from a reputed university with 2+ years of experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience in asset recovery, collections, or similar fields is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensuring collection targets assigned basis product asset flag.
- Handling all cases filed by Bank. Duly represented by Advocates with adequate inputs of Asset recovery executives.
- Ensure daily customer visits to build rapport, negotiate settlements, and recover outstanding dues. Settlement Proposals are to be sent to SLC immediately for review and further action.
- Latest updates on market are to be shared by AR executives to SLCs daily basis.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions, visits and recovery efforts.
- Judgements and Citations relevant are duly updated as an ongoing activity.
- Regulatory Ombudsman CRM Sr Management complaints are ensured appropriate response with TAT.
- Litigations Stocks are followed up in Courts Consumer Forums for Resolution on daily basis.
- Advocates payments and cases allocations are initiated as and when received.
