Essential Qualification and Experience

· Full-time LL.B. Degree (3 years or 5 years integrated regular course) from a recognized University/Institution, approved by the Bar Council of India.

· Minimum 12/10 years' post qualification experience working in the Law Department in a middle level executive position in an organisation of repute. Experience in independent legal practice will not be considered.

· The eligible candidate should be drawing a CTC of Rs. 15/13 Lakhs per annum in the last 2 years. In case the incumbent is from Government/ CPSE or State PSU, out of 12/10 years' experience of minimum 2 years' is required in the pay scale under IDA pattern (₹ 70000 – 200000)/(₹ 60000 – 180000/- in Grade E4/E3 or equivalent CDA pay scale for applying for the above mentioned post respectively.
