Essential Qualification and Experience

• The Candidate must be a bachelor's degree in law or its equivalent from a recognized University under UGC;
• Possess practical experience as advocate in the High Court or City Civil Court or Subordinate Court thereto for a period of not less than 3 years; OR
• Experience of handling Legal matters in Legal Department in any of the offices of the State Government/Semi Government/ Public Sector Undertakings/Corporations for not less than 3 years;
• Candidate should have good experience of drafting, MoU's, conveyance, litigation work and legal advice etc.,
