Essential Qualification and Experience
· Applicant must possess Degree in Law LL.B./ LLM with 6+ years of experience.
· Ability to handle complex legal documents and apply general legal concepts in day-to-day interpretation.
· Excellent drafting skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience in Real-Estate industry is preferable.
Roles & Responsibilities
· As Legal personnel, the incumbent will work along with the cross-functional teams to draft & review various legal documents and agreements while maintaining a strong commitment to legal excellence and ethical standards. Below are the key responsibilities.
(a) Drafting and Reviewing of Legal Documents,
(b) Must have handled Litigation, including criminal matters, civil matters, DRT, DRAT, NCLT/NCLAT & ARBITRATIONS etc.
(c) Procedural Knowledge of criminal matters including trial, appellate, Section 175(3), FIR, 138 NI Act Complaint, Arbitrations etc.
(d) Knowledge of civil matters including arbitration, Civil/Commercial Suits execution and trial.
(e) Basic Knowledge of Indian property laws including (DRT/SARFASI) and RERA (Conciliation),
(f) Knowledge of legal compliance requirements,
(g) Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams, and
(h) Coordination with internal departments and external counsels, attending hearings, preparation of case notes.
