Essential Qualification and Experience

• Candidate should have a relevant post qualification experience of 3-6 years as per the roles and responsibilities.
• Essential requirements - "must have": Litigation experience, drafting & representation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To prepare draft replies, applications, evidence, affidavits, writ petitions related to consumer, civil, commercial, arbitration, criminal matters and other specialized litigations/ matters.
• To efficiently handle and regularly update the management on the status of various litigations pending at various fora/courts/tribunals
• To advise, appear and represent the Company in various proceedings before courts /Tribunal /Commissions and other Govt. Authorities
• Coordinate with lawyers and internal stakeholders/ functions for preparing replies/submissions and follow up with lawyers/consultants for managing end to end litigations filed for and against the Company
• Advise business team on the day-to-day queries related to legal issues /litigations
• To conduct or coordinate research on legal issues & update stakeholders on the new judgements/ laws
