Essential Qualification and Experience

• Graduate/post-graduate from an accredited law school with 6-8 years of experience.
• Experience in a law firm or in-house legal team of a large group company / MNC.
• In-depth knowledge of laws relating to commercial, consumer and contract laws.
• Expertise in drafting and strong aptitude for negotiation.
• Good analytical skills, commercial acumen and time sensitive
• Team player and excellent collaborator.
• Ability to effectively communicate, experience of working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
