Essential Qualification and Experience
- Candidate should have a degree in LL.B./ LLM with 9 to 10 years minimum experience, with at least 8 years practicing as a commercial contract attorney and which includes supporting a US or UK domiciled company and that included working in English and across time zones.
- Strong preference for experience working for a professional services/consulting/accounting firm and reviewing and negotiating client/vendor contracts analytical abilities with attention to details
- Strong writing, communication and negotiation experience and skills in English ability to articulate points in writing and orally, clearly and succinctly
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contract specialist with experience in end-to-end review, drafting, negotiation and finalization of all types of contracts (both client and vendor contracts and related queries).
- Responding to GDPR/Data Privacy related queries for both client engagement and supplier contract.
- Responding to miscellaneous engagement contract-related enquiries.
- Liaising with and supporting other technical departments.
- Helping with the development of policies on engagement contracting risk.
- Strong proficiency in leveraging to build skills around using technology and GenAI tools.
