Essential Qualification and Experience

• A Master's degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in Political Science/Economics/Law from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
• Candidates must fulfill any one of the following: . Qualified in NET (UGC/CSIR) . Qualified in SET/SLET; OR hold a Ph.D. degree in accordance with UGC Regulations (eligible for exemption from NET).
• Experience: No mandatory teaching/research experience required (as per UGC norms) Relevant experience, if any, will be considered desirable and Preference will be given to persons belonging to SC/ST, backward Classes or those belonging to other socially and Economically Weaker Sections of the Society.
