Essential Qualification and Experience

• Law: Ph.D. Degree in the LAW or concerned/allied/relevant disciplines with a minimum of 60% (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale, wherever the grading system is followed) at the preceding degree in concerned/allied/relevant discipline i.e. Master degree in law from a recognized University or equivalent with a very good academic record throughout. Desirable: Candidate having experience in the field of Constitutional Law, Corporate Law and concerned/allied/relevant fields.
• Cyber Law: Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines with a minimum of 60% (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale, wherever the grading system is followed) at the preceding degree in concerned/allied/relevant discipline i.e. Master degree in Cyber law from a recognized University or equivalent with a very good academic record throughout. Desirable: Candidate having experience in the field of Cyber Law.
• IT / Computer applications / Data Science: Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines with a minimum of 60% (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale, wherever the grading system is followed) at the preceding degree in concerned/allied/relevant discipline i.e. M.Sc./MCA/ME/M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Security/ Cyber Security/Cyber Forensics/ Digital Forensics/ Network Technology/ Information Technology/ Data Science/ Artificial Intelligence/ Robotics or concerned/allied/relevant discipline from recognized university or equivalent with very good academic record throughout. Desirable: Desirable: Candidate having experience in the field of Data Science /Digital Forensics/Cyber Security and relevant domain.
