Essential Qualification and Experience
- LL.M. with at least 55% marks (or equivalent) with a strong academic record from a recognized university.
- UGC-NET/SLAT (Law) or Ph.D. in a relevant discipline as per UGC Regulations.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching and research experience in the field of Public Law/Technology Law & related areas.
- Quality publications in relevant fields.
- For the Assistant Professor (Technology Law) - Experience in teaching specialised areas of Technology/Cyber Laws is preferable.
