Essential Qualification and Experience

Associate (Corporate & Commercial Advisory)

• LL.B. from a recognised university and enrolled with the Bar Council of India with 2–5 years Post qualification experience (PQE) in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, Companies Act proficiency, and working knowledge of labour, data privacy and IP laws.
• Strong communication, analytical and client-management skills.

Managing Associate (Banking Litigation)

• Candidate should have 3+ years specialising in banking recovery, SARFAESI, IBC and debt recovery litigation.
• Prior experience in handling bulk matters, bank/NBFC or as Standing Counsel, with substantial exposure to banking disputes.
• Forum Experience: Proven experience handling matters before civil courts (S. 138), DRT/DRAT, High Courts and other recovery forums.
• Strong litigation, drafting, client-management and matter-management skills, with the ability to handle high-volume assignments.

Senior Associate (Litigation & Dispute Resolution)

• Candidate should have 3–5 years PQE in commercial and securities litigation.
• Forum Experience: Prior appearance before SAT, Bombay High Court, NCLT, Trial Courts and/or Consumer Forums is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

Associate (Corporate & Commercial Advisory)

• Contracts: Draft, review and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, SLAs, employment, technology/SaaS agreements, term sheets, LOIs and other commercial contracts.
• Corporate Advisory: Advise on Companies Act matters, corporate governance, ESOPs and related compliance.
• Transactions: Support M&A, fundraising, restructuring and legal due diligence.
• Advisory: Prepare legal research, opinions and client advisories.
• Client Engagement: Work directly with clients and provide practical, commercially focused legal solutions.

Managing Associate (Banking Litigation)

• Matter Management: Lead and manage banking recovery and litigation proceedings before courts and tribunals across India, including Section 138 matters and tracking bulk notices.
• Banking Advisory: Advise banks, NBFCs, insolvency professionals and corporates on SARFAESI, IBC and debt recovery matters.
• Recovery Litigation: Handle matters before DRT/DRAT, High Courts, civil courts and other relevant forums.
• Client Management: Manage client communication, reporting, tracking and high-volume case pipelines.
• Team & Operations: Coordinate with advocates and internal teams to ensure efficient and timely execution of matters.

Senior Associate (Litigation & Dispute Resolution)

• Pleadings & Drafting: Draft petitions, applications, replies, rejoinders, written submissions and other pleadings.
• Counsel & Strategy Coordination: Brief Senior Counsel and assist with strategic case planning.
• Client & Team Ownership: Maintain direct client relationships, provide regular updates and supervise junior team members.
• Courtroom Representation: Appear and represent clients before various courts and tribunals.
