Essential Qualification and Experience
• Degree in LL.B./LLM with minimum 2-4 years of experience in handling litigation, drafting and legal documents and managing cases.
• Strong knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to the banking industry.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle cases filed against the bank and preparing written statements, notices and replies.
• Managing court proceedings and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Draft, review and finalize (a) agreements and contracts and (b) Ad-hoc documents including notices, letters and other legal correspondence.
• Prepare and maintain (a) Legal files and records, including case briefs and notes and (b) track case status and other relevant information.
