Essential Qualification and Experience
· Around 1–3 years of legal experience.
· Prior experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts.
· Good research and writing skills, and strong legal aptitude.
· Ability to handle multiple matters concurrently.
· Proficiency in written and spoken English.
· Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
· Ability to identify and escalate issues timely and appropriately.
· Strong analytical and communication skills.
· Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
