National Law University, Delhi invites online application for the post of Call for Application – NLUD Justice for Children Litigation Fellowship.
Name of the Post: Fellowship
Time period: Nine months, starting Dec 15, 2025
Location: UT of Jammu and Kashmir
Stipend: INR 30,000/- monthly
Essential Qualification and Experience
• Law Graduate (LL.B. or B.A.LL.B.)
• Updated knowledge of substantive and procedural child rights law, including POCSO and JJ Act;
• Experience of 3+ years in child rights litigation;
• Proficiency in drafting and pleading;
• Proficiency in arguing cases before the child oriented forums in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir.
• Desirable: An LLM or an equivalent Master's degree in Law;
• Research experience and proficiency in legal writing;
• Proficiency in the use of MS Word and PowerPoint.
