National Law University of Delhi invites online application for the post of Supervisor – Research and Training, Victim Advocacy Project.

Name of the Post: Supervisor – Research and Training, Victim Advocacy Project

Duration: Three-year engagement, extendable subject to university approval.

Location: National Law University, Delhi

Stipend: Rs. 1,00,000 / month

Essential Qualification and Experience

· LL.M. (Criminal Law or related specialization) or an equivalent Master's degree in Law, Social Science, or other related fields.

· Updated knowledge of the new criminal codes and special legislations, complemented by a comprehensive understanding of victimological perspectives in Indian criminal jurisprudence.

· Proven experience in research relating to victim rights and victim-centred justice.

· Strong legal research and academic acumen.

· High proficiency in written and spoken English.

· Proficiency in the use of MS Word and PowerPoint.

· Proficient in developing and working with training modules for capacity-building programmes.

· Strong management and coordination skills, including the ability to supervise fellowship candidates, support their training, and act as a liaison between the fellows and the University.

· Desirable: (a) Previous work experience (2 years or more) in similar fields, (b) Experience planning capacity building programmes, (c) Proficiency in the use of MS Excel, AI tools, and graphic design tools; and (d) Proficiency in social media outreach.
