Remuneration:

Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel: Rs. 65,000/- month

Deputy Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel: Rs. 45,000/- month

Assistant Legal Aid Defense Counsel: Rs. 25,000/- month

Essential Qualification and Experience

Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel

• Minimum 10 years of practice in the Sessions Court will be mandatory.

Deputy Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel

• Minimum 07 years of practice in the Sessions Court will be mandatory.

Assistant Legal Aid Defense Counsel

• Minimum 03 years of practice in the Judicial Magistrate Level court will be mandatory.
