Essential Qualification and Experience

  • Full-time bachelor's degree in law or Post Graduate Degree in Law from a college approved by the Bar Council of India, with a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Desirable Qualification: Company Secretary (CS) qualification.
  • The candidate should have at least thirteen (13) years of post-qualification experience in a Corporate Legal Department.
  • Core Experience: Hands-on experience in drafting and vetting commercial contracts/deeds, handling civil/criminal litigation, arbitration proceedings (including AMRCD), labor/service matters, RTI compliance, corporate governance, and merchant shipping conventions.
