Essential Qualification and Experience

  • Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
  • Company Secretary (CS) / LL.B. / CA / MBA (Finance) / master's degree in commerce, Finance, Law, or related discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Risk, Audit, or Governance functions.
  • Experience with RBI regulations, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and compliance tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience.
  • Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company.
  • Experience in RBI-regulated entities such as NBFCs, Banks, FinTechs, Payment Aggregators, or Financial Institutions.
  • Experience with compliance monitoring and testing frameworks.
  • Knowledge of outsourcing governance requirements and vendor compliance.
  • Experience supporting regulatory inspections and audit processes.
