Essential Qualification and Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline (ii) Degree/ Diploma in HR related field/ LLB will be considered as additional qualification.
  • For retired CPSE officers: Atleast 20 years of service experience out of which 03 years' experience in the grade of E-6 and above.
  • For retired Govt. officers: Atleast 20 years of service experience out of which 03 years' experience in the grade of Dy. Secretary and above.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and knowledge of working on Computers.
  • Well-versed in HR / Administration related Rules Regulations of CPSE/Govt. of India.
  • Self-driven with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
