Essential Qualification and Experience

• The applicant should be a lawyer and should have a Graduate/Post Graduate degree in law (LL.B./LLM) from a reputed recognised institution from India or abroad with specialisation in drafting of legislation.
• The applicant should have minimum 05 years of experience in drafting and amendment of legislative and policy matters.
• Preference will be given to lawyers who have been legal researchers, working on issues related to Administration.
• Excellent writing skills in both English and Hindi languages are necessary.
• Desirable: (a) Strong written and spoken communications skills in English. (b) Proficiency in use of computers (word, excel, power point etc.).
